The breakfast was a highlight with an array of options that tantalized our taste buds. Big shoutout to Mr Mohammed Anwar for his genuine hospitality and to the kids' club for keeping my little ones entertained while they made new friends. The Bistro 1550 also deserves a nod for an unforgettable meal experience, thanks to the interaction from Chefs Shourab and Bikoula.

Many things went wrong. The service was painfully slow, taking over 40 minutes for basic requests, and cleanliness in the corridors seemed non-existent. To top it off, my room was left open by housekeeping on multiple occasions, and the laundry service was a hassle, as they insisted on delivering items only when I was present.

The hotel's location in the middle of Fujairah city made getting around quite easy. The rooms are super clean, and the lovely scent throughout the property adds a special touch. I truly enjoyed the breakfast spread, especially the delicious Karak Chai, which is often hard to find at hotels. The warm cookies at check-in were a delightful welcome. Staff like Amrit at the front desk brought a friendly atmosphere, and my son loved the balloon and treats. the Iftar and dinner buffet fell far short of what I'd expected. For AED 99/head, the food variety and taste were underwhelming. Communication from the staff about the service and food specials also needed improvement. Despite these issues, the comfortable beds and efficient housekeeping added to a pleasant stay.

Just a good pick for a weekend breather in Fujairah with good price-value balance. The breakfast spread had a nice touch with Karak Chai. Don't forget to try out the in-room dining if you're in the mood to relax.

Our stay was a mix of fantastic service and delicious food, especially the lovely breakfast with warm, amazing croffles. however, the bed was uncomfortably soft for us. I would definitely come back!

Amazing Staff and Cozy Stay

Had a nice time at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helped me with everything. The breakfast had loads of choices, and I really liked the in-room breakfast option for lazy mornings. One little thing, though—the room was a tad smaller than I expected, but it was still comfy.

The hotel was sparkling clean and smelled fantastic,, super friendly staff who made my son smile with treats. Breakfast was a standout with delightfully unique items like Karak Chai. Pool area was cozy.

Everything is what I need and want.
